Angel Mueller and her husband George raised three boys on a Sesquicentennial farm in Mishicot, Wisconsin. Angel is a child loving-enthusiastic educator, who is a mom on a mission that is grieving the loss of her son, Dillon. Dillon passed away on October 4, 2014 due to an undiagnosed allergic reaction to a bee sting.
Angel was consumed by unfathomable grief and was inspired by God. Losing a child throws one into a really dark place, Angel knew ONLY her creator could rescue her. God shined a glimmer of light into that dark place and inspired her to write these words of hope. Angel’s faith carried her optimistically along her grief journey. Having attended several grief classes, workshops, and support groups, Angel has become well versed in the lifelong journey survivors must traverse to not only exist but to truly live life.
Along with her husband George, Angel shared her passion and dreams to make positive changes so no other family would have to suffer an unexpected loss to an undiagnosed allergic reaction. Together, Angel and George have worked to get “Dillon’s Law” passed in Wisconsin.
Dillon’s Law allows trained individuals to carry and administer epinephrine to those who may be experiencing an allergic reaction without fear of liability. Angel teaches the “Do it for Dillon” anaphylaxis training course.
When not teaching the course, Angel can be found working around the farm with her husband, George. Country born and raised, Angel loves the outdoors and spends her spare time entertaining her grandchildren.
Angel had a love of writing and storytelling from a young age. Angel read and created stories with her 3 boys at bedtime. This has paved the way for more books to come.
