(PEDAL DOWN PROMOTIONS) June 30, 2026 – Randy Post’s fourth 2026 venture to The Plymouth Dirt Track in Plymouth, Wis., provided a little bit of everything the fourth-year Akright Auto 360 Plymouth Dirt Track Sprint Car competitor on Saturday, June 27, as he tuned up for a highly anticipated special event this week.

After qualifying 17th overall in the 25-car field with a lap of 13.432 around the third-mile clay oval, the Oostburg, Wis. driver placed sixth in the second heat race to claim the 21^st starting spot in the 25-lap PDTR 360 Sprint Car main event.

Post hovered close to a possible top-15 finish after moving up to 16^th on lap 19. However, he got shuffled back to 19^th on lap 23, which is where he ended up the race.

“The night was a lot of fun,” Post said. “Poor lane choice in qualifying did not do me well. I would just like to think that the heat race never happened. In the feature, I felt like I was making up a lot of ground, but everyone was fighting for the same space, so I got held up a little bit.”

Post is planning to compete in a special Fourth of July holiday MMW Industrial Supply Midwest Sprint Car Association event at The Plymouth Dirt Track in Plymouth, Wis., on Thursday, July 2, which will pay $1,776 to the A-main winner and $750 to the top finishing U.S. military veteran.
