(PEDAL DOWN PROMOTIONS) May 13, 2018 – Excessive rain and wet grounds forced the cancellation of the Plymouth Dirt Track Racing program on Saturday, May 12 at the Sheboygan County Fairgrounds in Plymouth.
This Saturday, May 19 will mark the return of the All Star Circuit of Champions Sprint Car series to the Sheboygan County Fairgrounds for the first time since 1995 in a co-sanctioned event with the Interstate Racing Association Sprint Car Series.
Former NASCAR Cup champion and All Star Circuit of Champions Sprint Car Series owner Tony Stewart will be making his return to Sprint Car competition at Plymouth for the first time since he captured an IRA A-main victory at the third-mile facility in 2013.
In addition, the Plymouth Dirt Track Racing Richards’ Supper Club & Motel of Dunbar 360 Winged Sprint Cars will be on the card for the all-Sprint Car event.
Grandstands will open at 4:30 p.m. with hot laps at 5:30 p.m. and qualifying and racing to follow.
