(Plymouth, Wis.) July 21, 2018 – Rain showers and wet grounds forced Plymouth Dirt Track Racing officials to cancel the PDTR race program featuring the 22nd annual Frank Filskov Memorial Interstate Racing Association 410 Sprint Car Series event on Saturday, July 21, at the Sheboygan County Fairgrounds in Plymouth, Wis.
It is the sixth PDTR program of the 2018 season to be adversely impacted by weather conditions.
PDTR will hold its popular Backpack Night program on Saturday, July 28, beginning at 6 p.m. with A-main trophies sponsored by Cellcom. The evening will feature all five regular PDTR divisions, including 360 Sprint Cars, Late Models, Grand Nationals, B Mods and Micro Sprints.
On Monday, July 30, PDTR will welcome many of the top Dirt Late Model competitors in the nation as the World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Model Series makes its debut appearance at The Plymouth Dirt Track for a $10,000-to-win, 50-lap A-main event presented by Wisconsin Refrigerated Express of Sheboygan. Also on the card will be the PDTR Grand Nationals and PDTR B Mods.
