(PEDAL DOWN PROMOTIONS) September 15, 2026 – As the 2026 season begins to cool down, Travis Arenz and the members of Travis Arenz Motorsports are heating up.

The team paid a visit to victory lane for the fourth time this season, while sealing its second straight Wilmot Raceway 410 Sprint Car track championship during an open 410 Sprint Car event held during the third annual Fall Classic Natalie Klemko Memorial in Wilmot, Wis. on Friday, Sept. 11.

Arenz opened a nearly perfect night in the 410 Sprint Car division by earning fast qualifier honors in the 18-car field with a lap of 12.618 seconds. After winning the first heat race and placing second in the four-lap dash, the Sheboygan Falls, Wis. competitor rolled off from the outside of the front row in the 30-lap main event.

He ran second for the first eight circuits before making what proved to be the winning move on lap 9. Once ahead, Arenz pulled away to claim a boosted $4,500 first-place prize. The victory was Arenz’s fourth of the 2026 season, eighth in a 410 Sprint Car, and 78th overall career A-main triumph.

With the win, Arenz wrapped up his second consecutive Wilmot Raceway 410 Sprint Car track title.

“The entire night at Wilmot went well,” Arenz said. “Our setup was good. I was able to hit my marks pretty consistently for the most part and was able to pick up my second Wilmot track championship.”

His second Wilmot Raceway 410 Sprint Car track title marked the eighth track/series championship of his 18-season career (2013 Plymouth Outlaw Compact 4-Cylinder, 2016 141 Speedway Northern Sport Mod, 2021-2022 Plymouth 360 Sprint Car, 2021-2022 Midwest Sprint Car Association).

In addition, Arenz strapped into a Non-Winged Sprint Car for the first time with the Wisconsin wingLESS Sprint Car Series.

“I got the opportunity to drive a Wingless car as well, but it was pretty short-lived,” Arenz said. “I didn’t have any brakes and unfortunately ended up upside down.
We will be back in the future with it again.”

The Travis Arenz Motorsports team is set to compete with the Bumper to Bumper Interstate Racing Association 410 Sprint Car Series for the prestigious 48th annual Jackson Nationals at Jackson Motorplex in Jackson, Minn. on Friday, Sept. 18 and Saturday, Sept. 19.

Spectator gates open at 5 p.m. with hot laps at 6:30 p.m. and racing at 7:30 p.m. on both nights.
